Mastering Soft Skills
In the AI economy, soft skills are more than a competitive advantage—they are the foundation of leadership, career growth, and workplace impact. Led by Dr. Alessandra Wall, the Athena Academy provides companies with a proven framework to close the gap between employee progress and potential, ensuring they are equipped to lead at every level.
-
Four-part workshop series designed for career advancement
-
Master soft skills critical for leadership in the AI era
-
Develop communication, influence, and relationship-building abilities
-
Empower leadership at every level within your organization
"Soft skills, more aptly described as “power skills," are typically defined as non-technical skills that help people excel in the workplace. While AI can increase efficiency, it cannot get to know and understand the people you work with to create meaningful connections. As businesses struggle to remain competitive, people-centered skills will be more in demand than ever."
Led by Dr. Alessandra Wall, Athena’s founding faculty member and clinical psychologist, participants can expect to master:
How & Why to Speak Up
Understand the science behind assertive communication, overcome hesitation, and amplify your voice in critical conversations.
Articulating Your Value
Learn to clearly define and communicate your unique strengths, ensuring recognition for your contributions and potential.
Building Social Capital
Cultivate a powerful network of advocates, mentors, and sponsors to expand influence and unlock new opportunities.
Establishing Allies
Develop strategies to build trust, foster collaboration, and secure allies who champion your success.
