Susan Poser brings 30 years of experience in a variety of roles from marketing, finance, operations and program management. In her current role as Vice President of Customer & Employee Experience and Communications, Susan works directly with the senior leadership of the North America Cloud and Technology organization to create a culture focused on delighting and engaging our employees so they will transfer their enthusiasm into their customer engagements.
