As we approach the New Year, Athena invites you to recruit male allies across your network to Athena’s "Gift of Allyship” workshop. This unique opportunity will usher in 2024 with the commitment and accountability needed to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace.

Athena will give you an overview of simple, easy, actionable ways to drive inclusive leadership as a male ally. You will then write a letter on the provided holiday cardstock committing to work on a specific allyship action and gift it to a woman in your network.

In this intimate setting, we'll foster candid discussions on how to collectively become stronger leaders within a safe and supportive space.
