What is Athena All-Access?
Athena All-Access is included with every paid membership tier. It provides complimentary attendance to all Athena Program and Committee events held throughout the year. Certification programs and global summits are not included.
What is the difference between Emerging Leader and Executive Leader?
Both tiers include the same core benefits — Athena All-Access, member directory access, and the global community of 150,000+ STEM leaders. They differ in price and intended career stage. Emerging Leader ($20/month) is for professionals accelerating into leadership. Executive Leader ($30/month) is for executives shaping teams, strategy, and culture.
What is a Power Plan?
Power Plans secure three years of Athena All-Access in a single payment. The Emerging Leader Power Plan is $548 every three years and the Executive Leader Power Plan is $748 every three years — lower than the equivalent monthly rate.
Is there a discount for students?
Yes. The College Student plan is $50 per year for students currently pursuing a STEM degree. It includes the same Athena All-Access benefits as other tiers. Certification programs and global summits are not included.
What is not included in membership?
All membership tiers include Athena All-Access to Program and Committee events. Certification programs — such as the Athena AI Academy — and global summits are sold separately and are not included in any tier.
Where do I manage my membership after joining?
After you join, you can update your profile, manage your subscription, and download invoices from your account page at athenastemwomen.org/account.
